Booking Terms and Conditions
REGULAR CLASSES:
I have a flexible system so that you can miss a couple of dates, so 4 classes are to be used within 6 weeks.
With the online booking system please let me know before the class if you can’t make one if your 4 dates do I can transfer the booking and keep my register updated.
If you find you’ve paid for the series and end up not being able to come to all 4 classes within 6 weeks, there are no refunds or carry overs to next block BUT you can either:
1) Send a friend in your place
3) Come to one of my online zoom classes instead
Just to clarify - your 4 classes start the first Saturday that you pay and ends when either you’ve used up the 4 classes or the 6 weeks is up (whichever is the sooner). You then start your own series of classes on next payment/attendance. There is no set block - you are all on your own schedules. For those still on my old cash/card payment system to avoid confusion please note your payment date and the classes you attend. Thank you.
ONE OFF EVENTS (eg Restorative yoga session)
Transferable - send a friend instead (sort out the money between you ).
No Refunds unless I can fill the space or if I don’t run the class for any reason.
